UK's Daily Mail has been sued by movie star Kate Winslet. The issue was Kate couldn't accept their stories about her excercise regimen. And it was not the first time for Kate winslet.Kate winslet just really won't tolerate any gossip about her body shape. In this settlement with UK's Daily Mail, Kate just won 25,000 pounds (about $40,000) over a rumour that claimed she lied about her exercise regimen.
Kate’s lawyers said that Kate sought an apology from them. She said, “I need to demonstrate my commitment to the views that I have always expressed about body issues, including diet and exercise.”
It was not the first court that Kate brought about her weight issue. According to The Huffington Post, she also won a suit against a magazine that claimed she visited a "diet doctor" to get a perfect body.
Kate has always been outspoken about her body and her weight. But we never really know that this is an issue close to her heart. She obviously doesn’t want women to believe that they need to lose weight with inappropriate way to look more beautiful!
